Download brochure (PDF 228kb)
Katherine’s most famous attraction is without a doubt the awe inspiring Katherine Gorge. Although we offer some spectacular tours that take in the grandeur of this natural wonder, there is so much more to see and do in this classic outback town.
The entire region is steeped in history, both colonial and indigenous. We also have a selection of tours that take in the many significant sights of this region.
Take the time to appreciate the many breathtaking waterfalls, the unique thermal pools of Mataranka and for the fit, canoeing on the Katherine River. Rest assured, the canoeing experience is for all ages, so you don’t need any experience to enjoy it.
Perhaps best of all, like so many of our tours, we take you away from the usual crowded locations and into the stunning lower reaches of the river.
If you’re looking for an unrivalled holiday experience you can’t go past a helicopter flight over the 13 gorges, descending to your own remote swim site. As always, all of our tours have been specially chosen by holiday experts as the best of the best to make your holiday one that you will never forget.
